NIC Asia to distribute 41% dividend: investors to get right share of 4:1 too

Kathmandu December 21- NIC Asia Bank Ltd to distribute 39% bonus share and 2.05% cash dividend for tax provision to its shareholders.

Bank announced such dividend from its net profit of FY 2071/72. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its forthcoming AGM.

As per the capital plan submitted by the bank to NRB, it has declared to distribute bonus share to its shareholders. It is the highest dividend rate investors have got from commercial banks so far. After the bonus share, bank is also preparing to issue right share in the proportion of 4:1.

Bank is distributing bonus share worth of Rs. 1 billion 30 million. Paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs. 3 billion 690 million after the distribution of bonus share.
