NRB approves dividend of Sana kisan bank and Jebils finance

Kathmandu December 20- NRB approves dividend proposal of Sana kisan development bank to distribute 25% bonus share as well as 1.316% cash dividend for tax provision.
Similarly, NRB also approves proposal of Jebils finance to distribute 16.75% bonus share and 0.8816% cash dividend.
After distribution of bonus share, Sana kisan development bank's paid up capital will reach Rs. 290 million from Rs. 230 million that is subjected to approval from forthcoming AGM whereas paid up capital of Jebil's finance will reach Rs. 250 million from Rs. 220 million after distribution that is also subjected to approval from its forthcoming AGM.
