Prabhu insurance endorsed 12% bonus share

Kathmandu December 20- 20^th BOD meeting of Prabhu insurance has endorsed 12% bonus share of total paid up capital. BOD meeting held under the leadership of Mr. Devi Prakash Bhattachan, chairman of Prabhu Insurance had endorsed the dividend proposal on Friday.

 

After distribution of bonus share, company's paid up capital will reach Rs. 329 million 68 thousands. Company had earned Rs. 731 million 459 thousands net insurance premium in the last FY while it earned Rs. 95 million 974 thousands net profit in the FY 2071/72.

 

Similarly, company has earned Rs. 228.5 million insurance premium in the first quarter of current FY which is 12.89% increase than corresponding period of last FY.
