7.5% dividend proposal of Country development bank

Kathmandu December 15- BOD of country development bank has proposed to distribute 7.25% bonus share and 0.38% cash dividend for tax provision from the net profit of 2071/72.
The proposal is subjected to approval from NRB and forthcoming AGM before it could be distributed among the shareholders.
