Civil bank to distribute 6.75 bonus shares

Kathmandu December 14- BOD of civil bank has proposed of 6.75% bonus share and 0.355% cash dividend for tax provision. After the distribution of bonus share, paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs. 3 billion 82.7 million.
The proposal is subjected to approval from NRB and forthcoming AGM before it could be distributed among the shareholders.
Bank has succeeded to earn net profit of Rs. 58.7 million. Company has recorded bad debt of 2.54%, risky asset of 12.93%, EPS of Rs. 8.01 and P/E ratio of 34.22 times in the first quarter of current FY.
Civil bank had distributed 7% bonus share and 1.5% cash dividend for tax provision in last FY.
