Bonus share of united finance approved

Kathmandu December 13- 21^st annual general meeting of united finance had approved 15% bonus share proposal.

AGM held on Saturday under the leadership of Finance's Chairman Basanta Kumar Chaudhary has also endorsed cash dividend of 0.79% for tax provision.

After the distribution of bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs. 463.9 million.

Company has collected deposit of Rs. 4 billion 268.5 million while invested Rs. 3 billion 650 million in loan advancement. Similarly, company has earned Rs. 90.5 million net profit in the review period.
