7.69% bonus share proposed by Deva Bikas Bank

Kathmandu December 10- BOD meeting of Deva Bikas Bank Ltd has proposed of 7.69% bonus share and 0.405% cash dividend for tax provision.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and forthcoming AGM of the bank after which it will be distributed among the shareholders.
