Agreement between Nepal Clearing House and Himalayan Bank

Kathmandu December 10- Nepal clearing house and Himalayan bank signed an agreement regarding interbank electronic payment system. Mr. Nileshman Singh, CEO of Nepal clearing house and Mr. Ashok Samsher Jabara, CEO of Himalayan Bank signed on behalf of their respective companies.
After the agreement, Nepal clearing house will provide electronic payment system in order to carry out interbank electronic payment services to Himalayan bank.
Customers having their accounts in member banks and finance companies of electronic payment system will be able to operate and transact through any account.
Any type of payments of customers like transfer of money, dividend payment, IPO refund, bill payment, premium payment, social service allowance, pension and salary payment, remittance will be easily available through the electronic payment system in member bank and financial institutions.
