Muslim Alliance part ways with Madhesi Morcha

Kathmandu December  8- The National Muslim Struggle Alliance has broken its ties with Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha.

The alliance, which had taken part in the Madhes movement after being associated with the Morcha, has said that the activities of the Morcha had triggered humanitarian crisis in the country and compromised matters relating to national sovereignty.

The alliance Chairman Shamim Miya Ansari, amid a press meet on Tuesday, announced the separation from the Morcha. Ansari said the 11-point demand made by the Morcha had not included the demands of the alliance.
