Infrastructure Development Bank to propose 13.7% bonus share

Kathmandu December 8- BOD meeting of Infrastructure Development Bank has proposed to distribute 13.7% bonus share and cash dividend worth of Rs. 59, 66, 958 for tax provision.

The proposed bonus share and cash dividend need to be approved from NRB and upcoming AGM before distribution among shareholders.
