Jebils Finance proposed of 16.75% bonus share

Kathmandu December 7- BOD Meeting of Jebils Finance Limited has proposed to distribute 16.75 percent bonus share and 0.8816 percent cash dividend for tax provision from the net profit of last fiscal year 2071/72 to its shareholders.
The proposal is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Company had earned net profit of Rs. 2.8 million in the first quarter of current FY. Paid up capital of the company will take a rise to Rs. 256.8 million from current Rs. 220 million after distribution of bonus share.
