ICFC Finance Ltd proposed of 10.5% bonus share

Kathmandu Dec ember 6- BOD meeting of ICFC Finance Ltd has proposed of 10.5% bonus share and 0.55% cash dividend for tax proposal.
The proposal is subjected to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM before distribution among shareholders.
