Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

Kathmandu December 6- BOD meeting of Prime Commercial Bank, held on December 5 has proposed of 18% stock dividend and 0.95% cash dividend to their shareholders.
The proposed dividend need to get approval from NRB and forthcoming AGM before distributing to its shareholders.
