AGM of Chhimek Microfinance Development Bank to be held on December 31

Kathmandu December 4-Chhimek Microfiance Development Bank will be convening its 14thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on December 31 where as announced earlier, 40% of bonus share and 12.70% of cash dividend for tax provision from the net profit of the last FY 2071/72.
Along with the endorsement of bonus share, AGM is also subjected to increase authorized capital from Rs. 500 million to Rs. 5 billion
Chimmek Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs. 105.4 million in first quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73.
