NLG Insurance proposed of 21% dividend

Kathmandu December 2- BOD meeting held on December 1 of NLG insurance proposed of 17.113% bonus share and 3.939% cash dividend to be distributed among shareholders.
The proposal is subjected to approval from Bima Samiti, a regulatory body of insurance and also from forthcoming annual general meeting. After the approval, it will be distributed among the shareholders.
Company has Rs. 341.5 million paid up capital at present which will reach Rs. 400 million once it distribute bonus share.
In the last quarter of previous FY, company had Rs. 130 million in its reserve fund and Rs. 350 million in its insurance fund.
