Himalayan Bank AGM on December 23

Kathmandu December 1- Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is going to convene its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 23. Forthcoming AGM of the bank is subjected to approve 35% bonus share and 7.1% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2071/72. After the distribution of bonus share, bank will announce for issuance of right share in proportion of 7:1 to its shareholders.
The register of bank's shareholders will be closed from December 4 till December 23 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Currently HBL has a paid up capital of Rs 3.33 billion. After the issuance of 35 % bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 4.49 billion. Himalayan Bank Limited had earned net profit of Rs 322.7 million in its first quarter of the FY 2072/73.
