Undetonated cylinder bomb found in Saptari

Kathmandu November 29- A cylinder bomb planted on a bridge which failed to explode has been discovered by police in Portaha of Saptari district.
The bomb planted on Samahuli Bridge along the East West Highway in the district did not exploded after its trigger failed, police said. Inspector Meghraj Adhikari said half of the 20 meter long trigger was also found with the bomb.
Police informed a Nepal Army bomb disposal team was on its way to the site to defuse the bomb. Police has not been certain on who planted the bomb on the bridge.
