FPO of Nepal Investment Bank, priced Rs. 601 for general public

Kathmandu November 27- Nepal Investment Bank Ltd has issued 9million 69 thousands 388 units of shares as Further Public Issue (FPO) for general public. On the cost of Rs. 100 per share, bank is charging additional Rs 501 as share premium, thus the general public need to spent Rs. 601 to buy a share as per FPO.
Regarding the management of FPO, Nepal Investment Bank and Citizen Investment Fund signed a memorandum of agreement yesterday. Executive Director of Citizen Investment Fund, Mr. Ramkrishna Pokharel and Chief Executive Officer of Investment Bank signed the agreement in behalf of their respective companies.
