Kailash, Metro Development and Nepal Express Finance to merge

Kathmandu November 10- Metro Development Bank and Nepal Express Finance have agreed to merge with Kailash Development Bank. Mr. Rajendra Giri, Chairman of Kailash Bank, Mr. Narayan Baral, Chairman of Metro Development and Mr. Giriraj Pathak, Chairman of Nepal Express Finance signed in memorandum of agreement related with merger in a program. These companies have agreed to merge within Mid April 2016 and starts integrate banking transaction afterwards.
