Net profit of Laxmi Laghubitta increased by 3 times

Kathmandu November 9- With the paid up capital of Rs. 100 million, Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd's net profit increased by 3 times in first quarter of current FY, it earned Rs. 10.3 million net profit this quarter which was Rs. 3.1 million in the same period of last FY.

Company has increased its reserve by 5 times to Rs. 29.2 million which was Rs. 5.6 million last FY. Deposit collection of the company has also increased by 2 times to Rs. 244.6 million from Rs. 97.9 million last FY. Lending has increased by 2 times to Rs. 890.3 million from Rs. 373.4 million last FY.

Similarly, net interest income of the company has increased by 2 times to Rs. 30.5 million which was Rs. 12.8 million last FY. Interest income and interest expenses have increased by 136% and 134.01% to Rs. 40.5 million and 10 million respectively. Meanwhile, operating profit of the company has also increased by 3 times to Rs. 16.2 million from Rs. 4.4 million last year.

According to the financial statement of first quarter of the company, EPS of the company (annual) is Rs. 41.32, P/E ratio is on 22.34 times, net worth per share is Rs. 129.29 and liquidity ratio is at 15.68%.

Likewise, risky assets of company have decreased by 8.4% to 13.61% and bad debt stands at 1.085%.
