Bonus share of Excel Development Bank approved by NRB

Kathmandu November 8-The proposed 26% Bonus Shares and 1.3684% Cash Dividend of Excel Development Bank Ltd as decided by 165th BOD Meeting of the company held on October 7, has been approved by NRB which is subjected to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
