487 thousands units of equity share issued by Dangdi Group Power Limited

Kathmandu November 5- Dangdi Group Power Limited, based in Lamgunj, has issued 486 thousands 886 units of equity shares for local public of the region.
On Thursday, Dangdi Group informs about the share offering which will starts from November 15 through a summon letter. Company got approval for equity share offering at the rate of Rs. 100 from Nepal Security Board last week. In the total of Rs. 487 million investments, 30% of investment has been separated for the general public. Dangdi has already finished construction of the project and has managed to produce 5 megawatt electricity. It aims to distribute the share offering to project affected locals. Dangdi has offered 486 thousands 886 units of shares to local public whereas it seeks approval from Nepal Security Board to issue total of 1 million 460 thousands 605 units shares for general public.
Issue Manager NIBL Capital informed that locals can apply for shares from 31 October to November 21.
