NAC freight 550 thousand liters of aviation fuel

Kathmandu October 30- To cope with acute shortage of fuel due to Indian blockade, Nepal Airlines Corporation, NAC  has freight 550 thousands liters of aviation fuel from Kolkatta, India so far. After trouble getting started in operation of domestic flights also, government had directed NAC to fright aviation fuel before Dashain festival.  Spokesperson Ram Hari Sharma informed that Corporation brought aviation fuel through Boeing 757.

NAC has brought 374 thousand litres of aviation fuel through 17 chartered flights for NOC. NOC has been distributed so led aviation fuel to other airlines. NAC has freight 176 thousand litres of aviation fuel to operate their own domestic flights through 8 Chartered flights. Source: Karobar
