Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend of Oriental Hotels Ltd.

Kathmandu October 29- BOD meeting of  Oriental Hotels Ltd  held on 2072-07-11 has proposed distribution of 21.05% of dividend   including 20% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 1.05% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which is subjected  to the approval from its upcoming AGM.  After distribution of bonus share, paid up capital increases to Rs. 657 million 400 thousands.

Oriental hotel distributed 10% bonus share in the FY 2070/71. Oriental earned Rs.198.5 million net profits in the last FY. Similarly, it has 199.3 million in its reserve. EPS of the hotel is 36.24% and P/E ratio stands at 20.89%.
