Nirdhan Uthan Bank to distribute 61.91% dividend

Kathmandu October 19- Nirdhan Uthan Bank Limited has proposed to distribute 48.81% bonus share and 13.10% cash dividend to its share investors from profit of FY 2071/72.

BOD meeting held on October 18 has proposed 61.91% dividend in total from the profit earned. Bank has paid up capital of Rs. 336 million and net profit of Rs. 278 million 332 thousands.

The proposed dividend is subject to approved from NRB and forthcoming AGM.
