Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend of Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd.

Kathmandu October 18- As per the information received by NEPSE, Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd's 269th BOD Meeting held on 18 October has proposed distribution of 10% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 16.32% Cash Dividend(including Tax) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
