Kathmandu October 16- The 158th BOD Meeting of Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. held on 2072-06-28 has proposed distribution of 15% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 0.79% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
