Shree Investment proposed of 11.61% dividend, Nepal Express to distribute 13%

Kathmandu Oct 8- Annual General Meeting AGM of Shree Investment Finance Company has approved of 11.61% of bonus share and 0.61% of cash dividend for tax provision from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year. After distribution of bonus share, paid up capital of Shree Investment has touched 220 million.
AGM held on Wednesday elected Mr. Ravindra Raj Pandey, Dinesh Raj Joshi, NIrodh Raj Pandey from promoter shareholders and Mr. Ashok Kumar Upreti and Mr. Umesh Bhagat Pradhananga from General shareholders unanimously.
Similarly, Nepal Express Finance announced to distribute 13% bonus share plus 0.68% cash dividend for tax provision from its profit to its shareholders. After NRB and AGM's approval the proposed dividend shall be distributed among shareholders.
