Lumbini Bank proposed for 15% bonus share, paid up capital to reach Rs. 2 billion 300 million
Kathmandu October 7- Lumbini Bank to provide 15% of bonus share to its investors. BOD meeting held on Wednesday proposed for the bonus share.
Distribution of bonus share will start after approval of NRB and AGM of bank. Prior to bonus share, paid up capital of bank will mark Rs. 2 billion 300 million. Bank is distributing 15% bonus share from its Rs. 346 million earning. Bank has submitted merger and bonus share plan in NRB for increment of paid up capital.
