Proposal of bonus share and cash dividend by Nabil Bank , Jyoti to give 9%

Kathmandu October 7- Board of directors of Nabil Bank Ltd has proposed 30%bonus share and 6.842% cash dividend in the BOD meeting held on 4 October 2015. this proposal need to be approved by NRB and AGM of the bank before distributing among the shareholders.
Meanwhile, Jyoti Development Bank has proposed of 9% bonus share to its investors. once the proposed dividend is approved by NRB and AGM of the bank, it will be distributed to investors.
