Confirmation on Oli as a new Prime Minister, Proposed division of political power

Kathmandu October 6-While the whole country is mourning over the undeclared blockade by India, main political parties are combating over constitution of new government. CPN UML and CPN Maoist parties are in favor of new government in the leadership of UML president K.P Sharma Oli as per the 16 point political agreement whereas Nepali Congress denies of any agreement as such in past which is sloganed as betrayal by the UML and Maoists leaders.

At that point of time, it was thought that PM Shushil Koirala himself wanted to continue as a Prime Minister by political analyst. But since yesterday he has accepted about the 16 point political agreement. After, Koirala's possibility of continuation for the post of PM seemed dim, he agreed of 16 point agreement mostly because  KP  Oli  has clear cut majority with the support of Maoist and other small parties. Thus rumours of KP Oli being future PM has sparked in political circle.

PM Koirala's near ones are not ready to accept Sher Bahadur Deuba as a next PM.  If majority accepts, Koirala himself is willing to take charge, if not then according to the 16 point agreement, he is thinking of accepting leadership of KP Oli which is the main reason of accepting about 16 point political agreement. Meanwhile Ram Chandra Poudel has his own motive of being party chairman thus he is promoting Sher Bahadur Deuba as a candidate of PM. He denies about knowing of 16 point agreement. Whatever the political leader are announcing, KP Sharma Oli has won the battleship according to the political analyst. Oli has been supported by Maoist, RPP leaders and other dozens of political parties formally and informally.

According to the sources, division of power has reached in the final phase under the leadership of KP Oli. Sources claim that Nepali congress will get presidency,  Taria Madesh Democratic party will get Vice Presidency, UML will get Prime Minister, Maoist will get Speakers' Seat, RPP will get Deputy Speaker, and Congress , Maoist and Forum Democratic will get Deputy PM.
