Tinau Development Bank to give 18% of bonus share

Kathmandu October 6- Tinau Development Bank has proposed of 18% of bonus share to its investors. Annual General Meeting, AGM of the bank held in October 5 on Monday approved of the proposal.
Tinau Bank to distribute a total of 333 million worth of bonus share to its invertors. Similarly, bank is also providing 0.95% of cash dividend for tax provision.
At present, Tinau bank has paid up capital of Rs.185 million which will rise to Rs. 217 million after issuance of bonus share. The bank approved of 4:1 bonus share to its investors. After issuance of right share, paid up capital of the bank will rise up to 253 million.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jivan Prasad Ojha, Mr. Rameshwor Prasad Kasaju, Mr. Ujjwal Prasad Kasaju and Mr. Rajendra Prasad Ojha were elected as members of board of directors from promoter shareholders.
