Limited Petol Pumps got Fuel for distribution

Kathmandu, September 28. Nepal Oil Corporation has supplied petroleum products to limited numbers of petroleum dealers. Petrol pumps operated by security forces and Sajha pumps have received oil to be distributed to general public on quota basis. Then only private petrol pumps will get oil. According to our source, on Monday Thankot Dipo is distributing one lakh liter petrol and two lakh liter diesel.
Few pumps outside Ringroad will be given diesel only. Inside valley, Nepal Army's petrol pump in Bhadrakali and Patan Lalitpur, Nepal Police's petrol pump in Naxal, Armed Police's petrol pump in Halchowk, Sajha's petrol pump in Pulchowk, Swoyambhu & Thimi, National Trading's petrol pump in Teku and a petrol pump operated by Maoist workers in New Bus Park are allocated oil.
According to the new rules, two wheelers will be given 3 liters of petrol per week. Private vehicles will get 10 liters of fuel. Similarly, public transportation will get 30 liters of fuel for a operating day based on odd/even number. Taxis will get 10 liters of petrol per day and 20 liters of fuel for mini-bus and vehicles of education institute.
