Mahalaxmi Finance proposed to give bonus share and cash dividend

Kathmandu, September 25. Board of directors of Mahalaxmi Finance proposed to give 15% bonus share and 0.79%cash dividend to investor during the BOD meeting on September 18, 2015. Bonus shares and cash dividend will be distributed to investors after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank, NRB and annual general meeting of the company.
