Sixth AGM of Nepal Community Development Bank to be held on 16 October, 2015

Kathmandu, Sep 22, 2015. Annual general meeting, AGM of Nepal Community Development Bank to be held on 16 October, 2015. On the AGM, the Board of Directors may proposed to issue bonus shares worth Rs. 95 lakhs i.e 9.5% of total paid up capital and also Rs. 5 lakhs as a cash dividend for the tax provision on that regard.
The AGM is expected to sanction the decisions regarding the issuance of right shares proportionate to 1:1 with the paid up capital as per the decision that took place in 5th AGM. The 6th AGM is being held in Manigram Party palace and Restaurant, Rupandehi.
