Nyadi Power floating its IPO

Kathmandu, July-23 Nyadi Group Power Limited will be soon floating its IPO of 14, 60,605 ordinary shares each of Rs.100.
NIBL Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
The 5 MW project Siuri Khola hydropower of this group is situated at Bhulbhule VDC in Lamjung and has already started generating electricity.
The power company has set aside 486,868 unit shares for the locals from lamjung and 973,737 unit shares for general public.
The Issue agreement was duly signed by General Manager of NIBL Capital Mr. Mekh B. Thapa and Executive Chairman of Ngadi Group Dr. Bhogendra Guragain.
