NEPSE up by 4.60 points ; Turnover above 268 million

Kathmandu, July-7 Nepse surged up by 4.60 points at the third trading day of the week after it continuously dropped in the first two day of trading. The market today closed ar 941.36.

Similarly sensitive and float gained 1.08 and 0.36 respectively to close at 200.42 and 66.87 points.

Altogether 765,449 unit shares of 134 companies were traded through 1,629 transactions worth Rs 268.90 million.

All the sub-indices except finance landed in green, maximum of insurance with 14.53 points followed by hotels 12.77 points.

EIC, SUBBL and NCCB are among the top gainers with more than 5% increase in share price.

Promoter share of Siddhartha bank and Bank of Kathmandu are among the top losers of the day with 9.44% and 5.41% decrease in share price.
