Nepse down by0.94; Turnover limited to 174 million

Kathmandu, July-5 The bench mark index of Nepal stock exchange dropped by 0.94 points to close at 938.02 levels at the first trading day of the week.

Today’s turnover stood at Rs 174,192,148 where 441,700 unit shares of 126 scrips were traded through 1,477 transactions.

All the sub-indices except hydropower and finance dropped which helped the nepse index to drop today.

NHPC and NLIC are among the shares with maximum turnover of more than 1Cr.

Siddhartha finance limited, Gaumukhee Bikas Bank and Malika Bikas Bank are among the top gainers whereas Progressive Finance Limited, Siddhartha bank's Promoter share are among the losers of the day.
