Nepse plunged by 9.61 points

Kathmandu, June-14 AT the first trading day of the week Nepse plunged by 9.61 points . The benchmark index started to decline from the first 15 mins of trading and continuously went down to close at 928.35. Similarly sensitive and float index dropped by 0.99% and 1.16%.

All the sub-indices fell down except manufacturing & Production surged up by 19.82 points to close at 1152.94.

Insurance dropped maximum with 67.33 points to close at 3794.52.

Prime commercial bank ltd., Chilime hydropower, Machhapuchhre  bank limited and Sanima bank were among the top shares in term of turnover.

Swarojgar laghu bitta bikas bank, Supreme development bank, Mithilla laghu bitta bikas bank and Union Finance Co. ltd are among the top gainers. Likewise NEFL, PFL, LGIL and NLICL are among the top lossers.

Altogether 645,758 unit shares of 117 scrips were traded through 1,570 transactions worth Rs 175,900,586.
