Dibeshwori Hydropower Issuing 6, 60,000 unit shares as IPO

 Kathmandu, June-5 Dibeshowri hydropower is floating 6, 60,000 unit shares as part of its initial public offering (IPO).Company has appointed Ace capital as its issuing manager.
The company has set aside 2, 64,000 unit shares for local people of the affiliated place and 3, 96,000 units for general public. The contract was signed by Mr. Dadhi Ram Niraula of dibeshowri and Mr. Niraj Parajuli of Ace capital this Wednesday.
