Maggi band in Nepal

Kathmandu, June -5 Maggi brand noodles the production of the Nestle India Pvt. Ltd. has been banded by the department of food technology and quality control after reports that the popular snacks contained high levels of lead. According to DFTQC, the product has been sent for the inspection and until the next notice declared the import of the Maggi brand has been banded. The department has requested all the consumers not to use the product.
Maggi was recently banded in India also.
