NEPSE crossed 900 benchmark

Kathmandu, June -2 The benchmark index of Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE closed at 901.98 points with increase in 11.55 or 1.3%. Sensitive, Float and sensitive float reached 192.92, 63.57 & 53.14 respectively.
Among the sub-indices banking closed at 783.69 with increase in 9.71 points. Hydropower closed at 2032.75 with 0.2% increment.
Trading, development bank, insurance & others gained 4.3%, 0.35%, 4.73% and 0.5% respectively whereas finance went down by 0.28 points.
Laxmi bank Ltd. with 106 transactions and 81,150 shares traded gained Rs 41,326,069 as the top stock by turnover , share traded and no. of transactions.
NLIC as the top gainer surge up by 9.98% .In contract SLBBL remained as the top loser.
Altogether 549,899 unit shares of 105 scrips were traded through 1,569 transactions worth Rs 246,351,521.
