Prudential Insurance allotes 1:1 ratio right shares

Feb, 19 – Prudential Insurance Company Limited has allotted its 1:1 ratio right shares to the shareholders.
According to a notice issued by the insurer's issue manager, NMB Capital Limited, 2.5 lakh units of right shares priced at Rs 100 per unit was allotted yesterday.
The rights shares were issued on January 6.
It may also be noted that the book closure for the rights shares was on December 23.
