score of antelope increasing in Shuklaphanta

Feb 16 – The score of antelope is increasing in the Shuklaphanta Wildlife Reserve, which has high tourism potentials.
The number of precious wildlife has gone up in the Reserve this year compared to the last, said Chief Conservation Officer at the Shuklaphanta Wildlife Reserve, Yubaraj Regmi.
With the poaching inside the reserve coming under control, the number of antelope has increased, the Reserve Office claimed. The number now has reached 1,825 this year up from 1,743 last year.
It attributes to the proper habitat management, poaching control and wetland management, said Reserve Office Chief Regmi.
