Prudential Insurance closing 1:1 right shares today

Kathmandu, Feb 9 – Prudential Insurance Company Limited is closing the issuance of 1:1 ratio right shares from today.
The issuance of 12.5 lakh units of right shares priced at Rs 100 per unit was issued on January 6. It may also be noted that the book closure for the rights shares was on December 23. NMB Capital Limited at Babar Mahal, Kathmandu is the issue manager.
