Biratnagar should be made provincial capital

Biratnagar, Dec 5 – Morang President of the Nepali Congress and newly elected member of the Constituent Assembly (CA) from Morang Constituency No. 5, Amrit Aryal, has said that Biratnagar should be made provincial capital.
At a programme organised by the Nepal Press Union, Morang, here today, Aryal said that Biratnagar airport should be made of regional level for the development of the area.
He further said that discussion and talks were underway among the elected CA members in Morang district for making Morang, Sunsari and Jhapa districts into a single province to build an economic and industrial development zone.
