Reelection sought in Dhanusha-5

Kathmandu, Dec 2 -The CPN-UML has accused the Nepali Congress (NC) of rigging in the November 19 Constituent Assembly (CA) poll to make the party candidate Dr Chandramohan Yadav victorious in Dhanusha Constituency-5.
Organizing a news conferencehere on sunday, UML candidate under the first-past-the-post electoral system from the same constituency Raghubir Mahaseth demanded that the Election Commission (EC) to invalidate the results and conduct the fresh election.
Mahaseth claimed that assistant chief district officer asked for two empty ballot boxes, exchanged five ballot boxes and police personnel were asked to cast vote in the name of absent voters in favor of Yadav
