Democratic constitution will be drafted : Nembang

Illam, Nov 24 – Candidate of the Ilam Constituency No. 2 Subash Chandra Nembang has said that a democratic constitution will be made in one year under the leadership of CPN-UML.

We would not frustrate the people's trust; he said, adding "We will fulfill our assurances."

Speaking at a victory rally organized in Mangalbare in Constituency No. 2 on Sunday morning, he said UML was committed to fulfilling the desires of the people rather than increasing enmity.

"We will also take initiative to make those outside the CA contribute in constitution making, by treating them honorably," he said.

Development and constitution will be the first priority, he added.

People of Mangalbare welcomed him with bouquets by smearing vermillion powder.

UML will organise programmes in four VDCs each day in 16 VDCs, said UML's Lekhnath Khanal.

People of western VDCs have been demanding with Nembang roads and electricity facilities.
