UML would get majority in CA: Oli

Damak, Nov 7 – Leader of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli, has said that no one could stop the Constituent Assembly (CA) election even if they wanted it.
Addressing election assemblies organized at different villages of Ward No. 1 and 12 in Damak municipality on Thursday morning, Oli stressed that the CA election should be made fruitful for change as it is the last CA election.
Oli, UML candidate from Jhapa Constituency No. 7, said that the CA election would be held on the stipulated date as the election fever has gripped the country.
He further said that now there was no meaning of postponing the CA election.
Stating that all should take this CA election as an opportunity and challenge to institutionalize people´s achievements as there was no alternative to it, Oli said this CA election was the only alternative for taking the country towards political and constitutional progression and to promulgate democratic constitution.
Oli said now the country needs a majority government and argued that people would give responsibility to the UML for the same.
The UML leader said that his party would get majority in the election for its agenda.
Oli is to participate in election programs in Damak for a few days, it is learnt.
