3 parties in tough competition in Sankhuwasabha
Sankhuwasabha, Nov 3 – The district has two constituencies. Though the 18 candidates from various political parties including independents are in the fray in constituency No. 1 and 13 in constituency No. 2 in the district, only three major political parties– the UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML– are in tough competition, it is learnt.
Likewise, Purna Kumar Rai of UCPN (Maoist) was elected from the Constituency No. 1 and Dambar Khadka of UML from Constituency No. 2 in the previous CA election.
